Customised products cannot be refunded or exchanged
Products can only be purchased during the order window

E-Mail

Your will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once you have completed and placed your order
Occassionaly these emails end up in the junk mailbox – please make sure you check and mark us as safe

Lead times and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout
All orders are received when they are placed, however your order will not be processed until the closure date of the order window (14th November 2021)
Orders will take 4 weeks from the window closure date to be completed, so will be delivered around the 12th December 2021.
You will be informed via email when your order has been dispatched – Please check your junk mailbox

Equipment Orders

Any equipment ordered will be shipped separately from any clothing order, and dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow a week for delivery on equipment.

Washing instructions

For printed garments please follow the following guidelines:

Wash garments inside out
Do not tumble dry
Do not use fabric softener
Do not wash on high heat (anything above 30 degrees)
Do not iron directly onto the print
