What is an order window?
This is a period of time in which orders can be made for a particular teams online shop. These are set by the team leader. You will not be able to purchase items outside of these windows and items will appear as ‘club shop closed’
When will I recieve my order?
Orders are received by ourselves immediately; however, they are not processed until your order window closes. Please check your club shop homepage for the closing date of your teams order window and the lead time from this date to receiving your order
Where is my order confirmation email?
Check your junk mailbox. Please add us as a trustworthy source so you will receive all future emails in your main inbox
What is a club shop homepage?
This is a page where all information is displayed for your specific team; including order window dates and product and delivery information. To access this page, search for your team in the search bar located in the top right of our website
Where is my order being delivered?
Orders are either delivered to your postage address entered at checkout or to an address nominated by the organiser of your club shop. It will tell you on your club shop homepage which option has been chosen for your team/club
My order does not fit, what shall I do?
Unfortunately, due to the customised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or refund goods. Please make sure you consult the size guides present on each product before purchasing
How should I wash my products?
For sportswear products (especially those with print):
- Machine wash garments inside out at a cold temperature (30 degrees) with like colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets
- Do not wash on high heat
- Do not iron directly onto print
- Do not dry clean
